Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. Before returning any product please email us at email@example.com for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. When emailing please include your Sales Order Number from your copy of the Transaction Receipt. Returned items must be in unused, re-saleable condition and in itís original packaging. All returns are subject to approval. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Returns shipped COD will be returned.

C. Delivery Policy
In-stock items are shipped out twice a week via Canada Post. Delivery time varies, depending on where you live. Shipping and Handling costs are determined by total dollar amount of order or the size and weight of the item.
If for any reason an item is delayed or back ordered for an extended period of time, your partial order will be shipped. The balance of your order will follow with no extra shipping cost to you.
